Philip This is our first time staying at Poipu Sands 412, but not our first at the sands. 412 is very nicely update, love the bose system, and selection of dvd’s. A comfortable condo to enjoy your Hawaiian holiday. We have always had excellent service from the Great Vacation staff. We will back again next year.
PMW We loved this beautifully appointed walk-out unit. Each room boasts fine artwork. Owners and/or previous guests have left many useful amenities such as beach gear, books and travel advice galore! The kitchen is well-equiped enough to host large party (we did). Location is sunny and beautiful. My 80 year-old mother found the unit accessible and the furniture comfortable. Well worth the price – I would return to this unit in a heartbeat. Delightful stay! –
